Information you provide
- Email address, listing URL, optional property name, photo count, edit level, and optional property notes.
- Photos you own or control, plus any instructions you submit for those photos.
- Order, payment-status, support, review, and delivery records. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Limited marketing measurement
Public marketing pages use Google Analytics 4. Campaign tags, the referring website hostname, the first landing path, and a random session identifier may be stored with an order so we can understand which marketing produced it.
Private upload, order-status, repeat-order, download, and admin pages do not load Google Analytics. Query strings are removed from analytics page locations.
Service providers
- Stripe processes checkout and payment.
- OpenAI processes approved image and vision requests needed to prepare and review the work.
- PostgreSQL stores order and operational records on the service server.
- Hostinger email sends order and delivery messages.
- Google Analytics measures visits on public marketing pages.
Storage and retention
Download links expire on the date shown in the delivery email. Link expiry is not the same as automatic file deletion. Order records and working files may remain in operational storage until they are removed through normal maintenance or a valid deletion request.
We may retain transaction and safety records when needed for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations.
Your choices
We do not sell customer photos or personal information. Contact us to ask for access, correction, or deletion. We will verify the request and explain any records we must retain.
