Your photo rights
You must own the submitted photos or have clear authority to copy, edit, and deliver them. You authorize Listing Photo Optimizer and its service providers to process those files only for the order and related support.
What the service provides
The selected package covers the stated number of listing photos, the chosen finish, one premium hero image when a suitable source exists, one people-based lifestyle image when it passes review, human review, and secure package delivery. Results depend on the quality and content of the original files.
Truthful editing is required
We may refuse instructions or outputs that invent amenities, views, layouts, permanent upgrades, inventory, or other details that could mislead a guest. Safe editing decisions take priority over dramatic presentation.
People-based lifestyle image
The separate lifestyle concept may add one or two fictional adult guests to show how an existing space feels in use. It must remain a truthful view of the property, may not imitate a real person, and may not add an amenity, inventory, or activity the source does not support.
Payment and timing
Payment is collected through Stripe at the price shown before checkout. Extra-photo charges follow the selected tier. No public delivery-time guarantee applies until one is stated on the order page. Processing can pause when files, permissions, or human review need attention.
Customer review
You are responsible for reviewing every delivered image before publishing it on Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, a direct-booking site, or another platform. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the final listing.
No booking guarantee
The service improves presentation. It does not promise bookings, revenue, ranking, occupancy, platform approval, or a specific conversion result.
