Included revision
One focused revision request is included when it is submitted within seven calendar days of delivery and explains how the delivered look missed the selected Natural, Polished, Heavy, or Epic direction.
Revision boundaries
- The request must stay within the original order and truthful-editing policy.
- A revision does not add new source photos, new amenities, virtual staging, architectural changes, or a different package tier.
- When a requested change would be misleading or unsafe, we will explain why it cannot be made.
Cancellation and refunds
Contact us promptly if you need to cancel. A full refund can be issued when processing has not begun. After processing or generation work begins, costs have been committed and a refund is not guaranteed.
If we determine that the submitted source files cannot produce a usable truthful package, we will stop the work and offer an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement source photos, a reduced scope, or a refund for work that cannot be delivered.

Reply to the delivery email with the order or property name, the affected image filenames, and one concise description of the missed direction.
